01. Introduction
Returns are accepted only for products that are defective, damaged during delivery, or incorrect as confirmed by the original order. All return requests must be submitted within a reasonable timeframe after receipt of goods and must include proof of purchase and relevant documentation. Products must be unused and returned in their original packaging unless otherwise agreed in writing.
As a B2B supplier, customized, OEM/ODM, and project-specific products are non-returnable. Approved returns may be subject to inspection before any replacement or refund is issued. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Final return terms will be confirmed at the time of order or quotation.
Returns may be accepted only in cases where products are confirmed to be defective, damaged during transportation, or supplied incorrectly compared to the original order. All return requests must be submitted within an agreed or reasonable period after delivery and must include valid proof of purchase, order details, and supporting evidence such as photographs or inspection reports. Returned products must remain unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging, unless otherwise approved in writing. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions or where prior authorization has not been obtained.
As a business-to-business supplier, products manufactured or sourced specifically for a project—including OEM/ODM, customized specifications, or special-order items—are not eligible for return. Once a return is approved, items may be subject to inspection before any replacement, repair, or refund is processed. Refunds, where applicable, may exclude shipping, handling, and administrative costs unless the return results from our confirmed error. Final return conditions, timelines, and responsibilities are defined at the quotation or order confirmation stage.
